Exhibition Package:
– Awarded “General Partner” status for the event;
In the exhibition pavilion during the exhibition:
– Distribution of promotional materials of the general partner during the exhibition (brochures, flyers, etc.) at the registration desks
– Permission to hold a promotional event on the territory of the exhibition
– Mentioning of the General Partner by the moderator before and during the event;
– Placing of the advertising module of the General Partner’s company in the electronic catalog of the event;
– Placement of a branded flag of the general partner at the main entrance of the exhibition hall;
– Opportunity for the official representative of the General Partner to speak at the grand opening of the exhibition;
– Placement of a roll-up of the company in the exhibition area (the roll-up is provided by the general partner);
At electronic visitor registration:
– Attachment of the general partner’s electronic product catalog to each event visitor’s personal account;
– Branding the General Partner’s logo on the main page of the visitor registration terminal;
Partner’s logo placement:
– Fixation of the company in the list of participants of the event first;
– On all printed materials indicating the status of a general partner (during the advertising campaign of the exhibition) in electronic and printed format;
– On all electronic mailing lists with a database of over 30,000 addresses (during the advertising campaign of the exhibition)

– Mentioning of the General Partner in all press announcements of the exhibition
– Presentation of the general partner with an exhibition Partner certificate

Package price includes standard stand construction

Additional equipment must be ordered separately.
Advertising materials are provided by the sponsor no later than 2 weeks before the exhibition.

– In all electronic mailings on the database of more than 30,000 addresses (during the exhibition’s promotional campaign)
